You should be able to get up and running with your purchase in no time but in case you get into any difficulty here are a few common questions and their answers. Will I receive a physical product?

No, all our items are for digital download only. It's good news - you'll be able to access files immediately after purchase and print them at your convenience at home, or elsewhere. Saving time, money on postage and reducing the environmental impact of mail delivery. Ideal.

I have a PC and/or Mac - will these files work on my computer?

Yes! These files are compatible with all computers, all you'll need is a copy of Adobe Reader, or another PDF viewer, installed on your device.

Where can I download Adobe Reader?

Adobe Reader can be downloaded for free here : www.get.adobe.com/reader

What is a ZIP file and how do I open it?

A ZIP file is a group of files that are saved and compressed together to make it easier to upload and send.

Files that are in a ZIP folder will need to be unzipped before they can be opened ; there is no need to purchase any additional software to unzip the file - both Windows and Mac computers have this functionality built in for free.

On a Windows computer right click and select ‘Extract’ ; extract to your desktop or documents folder. A Mac computer will usually extract files automatically for you and usually put them in your Downloads folder.

To open and uncompress zip files on an iPhone or iPad open the Files app and navigate to the ZIP file ; tap and hold on it to pull up the menu ; choose "Uncompress" from the pop up menu. Opening zip files on an Android device can be done using the Files by Google app. Same process - tap on the file you want to unzip and select "Extract.

I can't open the ZIP file - can you email the files to me directly?

Sure, not a problem at all. Drop us a quick message with your order number and we'll email the files to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

Can I print games at home?

Yes, absolutely. Printing at home is quick, low cost and most of all easy. Most home printers offer excellent quality so you'll get a great finish. Don’t forget to check your printer manual for the maximum paper thickness it will accept if you want to use card.

Any tips for printing?

It’s best to print at actual size or 100%.
I'd recommend lightweight card around 200gsm - 270gsm or 100lb for printing.
